The module was missing many components of your feature.
Here is a recreated version of it. Please recreate (without reverting!) on your dev site so that your strongarm settings, etc are contained in the new release. I think some of your rules didn't make it in either.
Also I have more suggestions to make it more atrium friendly so lets stay in touch and make this feature better.
